Team members join a fast-growing company where security, innovation, and technical excellence are core values.\nWe’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to join our marketing team and make NewCore the brand CISOs and identity teams recognize, remember and trust. You’ll own and evolve how NewCore looks and feels everywhere it shows up: brand identity, website and landing pages, social and campaigns, product marketing content, sales presentations, events, swag and video.\nThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll set the creative direction and own the execution, working day to day with the marketing team in Israel and the US, as well as sales, product and HR, and bringing in external agencies when a project needs them. We work AI-natively, so we expect you to reach for AI tools by default across research, concepting and creative production to ship fast and scale output without adding headcount.\nWhat you’ll do\nBrand ownership: Evolve and maintain NewCore’s brand identity and keep it consistent across every touchpoint.\nTemplates & systems: Build templates and design systems for our recurring assets, such as ads, blog covers and landing pages, so the team can produce on-brand work at scale.\nWeb design: Own the web design system and lead website design, building pages yourself and delivering pixel-perfect results with a strong focus on clarity, usability and conversion.\nSocial & campaigns: Design assets for LinkedIn, email and paid campaigns, plus visuals for product launches and growth initiatives.\nContent support: Create visual content for whitepapers, solution briefs, infographics and product marketing that makes complex identity and AI agent concepts simple.-\nSales & enablement: Produce sales presentations and pitch materials that match the quality of our story and help the GTM team win.\nEvents & print: Design our presence at global conferences, including booths, swag and print materials.\nMotion & video: Create motion graphics and video edits for social, web and launches.\nRequirements\n5+ years as a brand or marketing designer at a B2B tech company or an agency serving them.\nBachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.\nA portfolio that covers the full range (brand and visual identity, motion, events and print, web, banners and digital) and shows strong data visualization, infographic and presentation design.\nA strong analytical eye for technical detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts and numbers into clear, engaging visuals.\nExpert in Figma, Google Slides, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects (or a similar motion tool).\nHands-on experience designing and publishing web pages in Lovable, Framer, Webflow or similar.\nAI-native by default.
