organization.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and development of core platform services and infrastructure.\nDesign scalable microservices using Python and Go.\nInnovate and improve NewCore's SDLC by taking the human-out-of-the-loop.\nDrive technical architecture and engineering best practices across the team.\nOwn projects end-to-end, from early design discussions through production deployment.\nWork across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.\nCollaborate closely with Product and Security teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities.\nHelp define the long-term technical roadmap of the company.\nRequirements\n10+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.\nSignificant experience in the Identity, IAM, or broader cybersecurity domain.\nExperience leading engineering teams, technical groups or major projects.\nExperience in agentic methodologies, agentic SDLC and agentic DevEx. \nStrong expertise in Python and Go.\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.\nExperience building highly scalable and highly available systems.\nExperience with PostgreSQL and modern data platforms such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nProven ability to take ownership and drive execution.\nNice to Have\nPrevious people management experience.\nExperience in fast-growing startups.\nBackground from elite military technology units or equivalent technical
