As a Product Designer, you'll lead the design of intuitive acquisition journeys while contributing to strategic growth initiatives, including new partner onboarding and future acquisition projects. Working within a cross-functional squad, you'll own the design process from discovery and prototyping through to launch and optimisation, creating experiences that deliver value for both customers and the business.\nHow you’ll contribute\nDesign and optimise digital acquisition journeys, creating intuitive experiences that help customers move forward with credit.\n\nLead design activity from discovery and research through to prototyping, testing, launch and continuous improvement.\n\nUse customer insight, behavioural data and research findings to identify opportunities and improve user experiences.\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Analysts and stakeholders to deliver customer-centred solutions across multiple brands and partners.\n\nContribute to new partner propositions, pitch work and strategic growth initiatives.\n\nMeasure outcomes and continuously iterate journeys and experiences to improve customer and business performance.\n\nWe're looking for these essential skills\nSignificant Product Design experience with strong end-to-end UX, UI and Service Design capability.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma and experience using design and research tools.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.\n\nExperience working collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams.\n\nA self-motivated and autonomous approach, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver with minimal supervision.\n\nA passion for creating intuitive digital experiences that balance customer needs with business objectives.\n\nIt’s a plus if you also have these skills\nExperience with UserZoom, Jira and FigJam.\n\nExperience designing acquisition, onboarding or application journeys.\n\nFinancial services, retail or digital product experience.\n\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, Service Design or Enterprise UX.\n\nAt NewDay, we value all types of diversity.
