This role is designed as an Associate / P1-level analyst role and will serve as a shared capability resource across the ERA portfolio.\nThe role will primarily support the Resource Conservation and Sustainability Pillar and Facilities Engineering and Site Resiliency Pillar of ERA.\nThis position is intended for an early-career analyst with strong organization, analytical, communication, and project management skills who is interested in manufacturing, engineering, automation, sustainability, digital transformation, and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain, and update dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reports supporting ERA programs and leadership reviews.\nGather, organize, and validate project data from engineering, automation, manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional partners.\nTrack project milestones, action items, risks, deliverables, and benefits across multiple active workstreams.\nPrepare PowerPoint slides, Excel analyses, summary reports, and other materials for project reviews, steering meetings, and leader updates.\nHelp maintain a consistent operating cadence across assigned initiatives by documenting decisions, owners, and next steps.\nProject Coordination, Digital Tools & Knowledge Management\nCoordinate meeting agendas, action logs, project updates, document libraries, and follow-up activities for assigned workstreams.\nMaintain SharePoint sites, project folders, trackers, and source documents so information is organized and easy to access.\nUse Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Smartsheet, Data Bricks, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, insights, and documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement of project management routines, dashboard structure, and documentation standards.\nAssist with special projects supporting engineering standards, automation, AI enablement, reliability, and broader ERA program execution as needed.\nResource Conservation Support\nSupport Resource Conservation initiatives by tracking project opportunities, savings inputs, implementation status, and action plans.\nAssist with reporting and analysis tied to energy, utility, equipment efficiency, sustainability, and resource optimization projects.\nCollect and organize site inputs needed for business cases, ROI summaries, prioritization reviews, and leadership updates.\nMaintain project repositories, trackers, and dashboards that provide visibility to project benefits and execution progress.\nSupport cross-functional coordination with site teams, engineering, finance, procurement, and external partners as needed.\nFacilities Engineering & Site Resiliency Support\nSupport Facilities Engineering and Site Resiliency initiatives by maintaining project trackers, site inputs, action logs, and leadership-ready updates.\nAssist with reporting and documentation tied to facility infrastructure, site readiness, resiliency planning, risk mitigation, and critical project execution.\nCollect and organize inputs from site teams, engineering, operations, safety, finance, procurement, and external partners to support prioritization and project visibility.\nHelp prepare business case materials, project summaries, risk updates, and implementation status reports for facilities-related initiatives.\nMaintain documentation and dashboards that provide clear visibility to site resiliency priorities, project progress, owners, and next steps.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline required.\n0-2 years of experience in analytics, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, project coordination, continuous improvement, or related work preferred.\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience, Microsoft Planner, AI tools, or similar tools preferred.\nAbility to organize complex information, summarize key insights, and build clear leader-ready materials.\nStrong attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and project coordination skills.\nInterest in resource conservation and sustainability, manufacturing, engineering programs, development, facilities engineering, automation, and digital tools.\nComfortable working across functions, sites, and regions reporting to senior leaders and project owners.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, track details accurately, and adapt as business needs change.\n*Please note this position will not support OPT status or sponsor H1B visa.\nNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
