There will be a primary focus on NPD, productivity, working capital, responsible sourcing, and continuous improvement.\nThe Lead will be responsible for development, oversight, and execution of strategic procurement activities supporting internal stakeholders and functional & business unit goals. As a key member of the Sourced Finished Good Procurement team, the Lead will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, leading multiple projects both individually and by providing direction to peers.\nResponsibilities:\nAccountable to support Procurement team on commercial activities with designated suppliers in areas of:\nCompetitive market bid & analysis\nContract management\nProduct/part qualification\nNegotiation\nContinuous improvement of lead time and service performance\nRegulatory compliance\nSkilled in commodity spend analysis and productivity tracking\nResponsible for project management & leadership to drive cost savings and supplier development projects in support of category sourcing strategic direction.\nConduct & execute independent special projects related to procurement, supply chain improvement and/or tower specific requirements as needed.
