Our values-Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership and Leadership-guide how we work together.\nYou will collaborate with global teams, build your technical capabilities, and access development opportunities through regular feedback and online training.\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Product Development (R&D) in the USA, you will help turn concepts into launch-ready products that meet performance, quality, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.\nWorking across Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain, you will solve technical challenges and support projects from concept through to launch.\nWhat you will do\nLead or support multiple new product development projects through a structured Stage-Gate process, delivering against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nTranslate customer insights into technical specifications, design requirements, and validation plans.\nDevelop engineering documentation, including risk assessments, critical quality requirements, and test plans.\nCoordinate testing with internal and external laboratories, analyse results and drive design, tooling, and manufacturing improvements.\nCreate basic CAD models and early prototypes and review engineering drawings and design changes.\nExplore competitor products, emerging materials, and technologies to identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities.\nSupport intellectual property reviews, product safety assessments, and the resolution of product complaints.\nApply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and manufacturability.\nWhat we are looking for\nA bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nTwo to five years’ experience in product development, manufacturing, or an engineering environment.\nPractical experience in prototyping, design validation, testing, and technical problem solving.\nWorking knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Creo, with the ability to interpret models and engineering drawings.\nStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nA collaborative approach, clear communication skills, and ownership of your work.\nExperience in consumer product development, beverage bottle manufacturing processes, or AI-assisted design, simulation and prototyping tools would be an advantage.\nReady to help shape what’s next?
