Job Summary:

The Sr Associate, Import/Export Admin is responsible for managing end-to-end international trade and logistics activities, ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods across borders. This role oversees import customs clearance, export order execution, shipment coordination, documentation management, and delivery processes while working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. The position also supports operational performance through data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and the supervision and training of temporary staff.

Job Duties:

(1) Customs clearance arrangements for product imports:

• Customs clearance arrangements (checking booking status, obtaining and verifying shipping documents, inquiries regarding customs clearance details, etc.)
• Inbound processing (receiving reports from 3PLs, reconciling data with the core SAP system, reviewing reports, etc.)

(2) Tasks related to customs clearance arrangements:

• Scheduling and coordination of inbound shipments with the 3PL
• Management of monthly schedules and coordination of direct shipments to customers
• Handling import-related operations (amended declarations, food inspections, etc.)

(3) Arranging shipment and customs clearance for export projects:

• Vessel Schedule Confirmation and Coordination
• Arranging the shipping schedule
• Handling export-related arrangements, document preparation, and verification of B/Ls, etc.
• Coordination with each team

(4) Collection, management, and reporting of import/export related data (lead time, tariffs, costs):

• Collection of actual data
• Freight Forwarder Bidding-Related Matters
• Electronic Book and Record Management

Job Requirements:

• College degree
• 3+ years of experience with import/export (esp. customs clearance) process.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply chain management / Logistics (import & export related)
• Working experience in international companies is preferred
• Business communication (meeting, negotiation, e-mail) in English
• Advanced Excel. Word,
• SAP(ECC)
