This role requires working at elevated heights, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate a Turret Stock Picker (TSP) to retrieve and store products in high-bay racking systems\nPick orders accurately at various heights, often exceeding 30-40 feet\nPerform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movements using warehouse systems\nUse RF scanners or warehouse management systems (LM) to track inventory and complete tasks\nConduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues\nEnsure proper handling and secure placement of products to prevent damage\nFollow all safety procedures, including fall protection and harness use when required\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals\nMay perform other duties as directed by supervision\nRequired to follow all safety rules and procedures\nRequired to follow all housekeeping rules and procedures\nRequired to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed\nQualifications:\nHigh school education or equivalent required\nAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions\nGood communication skills (written and verbal)\nWillingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities\nWillingness to work all scheduled work days\nMust be able to work in a hot or cold environment\nMust be able to pass a forklift operator's test\nMust be able to perform material handler's job as needed\nNeed basic knowledge of PKMS and LM\nNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
