We need a Senior Recruiter who matches that dynamic energy.\n\nReporting to the Talent Acquisition organization, the Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the teams that power our client engagements and internal growth. This individual will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and strategic roles across engineering, product, design, consulting, and support functions across LATAM, EMEA, and the US. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that perfectly blends operational rigor with creative sourcing and genuine people instinct. This individual will lead high-velocity candidate generation, build deep talent pipelines across three major regions, and partner directly with executive stakeholders to scale our delivery teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nGlobal Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, strategic, and corporate roles across engineering, product, consulting, technology, design, and support functions in LATAM, EMEA, and US markets.\nStakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivery heads, and executive leaders to deeply understand role requirements, define compelling candidate experiences, calibrate talent, and define competitive global offer packages.\n Strategic Alignment: Work in tight alignment with internal Recruiting Managers, Sourcers, HR Business Partners (Account Management, Delivery, Engineering, and Support functions), and Talent Management to ensure a unified approach to our overall recruiting strategy and process.\nCandidate Engagement: Build diverse, high-caliber pipelines and establish long-term relationships with candidates. Facilitate meaningful career conversations to align their aspirations with our opportunities.\nStrategic Influence: Provide data-driven guidance, lead recruitment update meetings, and influence business stakeholders and leadership as a trusted talent advisor.\nInnovative Sourcing: Proactively create and implement innovative methods and headhunting tactics to source, map, and attract high-potential talent utilizing all available channels when needed.\nVelocity & Experience: Deliver a seamless, premium candidate journey while maintaining a high-velocity process. Keep candidates engaged and informed, balancing speed-to-hire with uncompromised quality from initial outreach to close.\nRole Requirements\n Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, product, data science, and technology job families. Two (2) years of experience working as an external headhunter is required.\nProven Global Reach: Hands-on experience recruiting technical talent across LATAM, EMEA, and the US.\n Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated superior sourcing and talent mapping skills using advanced Boolean strategies via LinkedIn, Google, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and alternative tools.\nSearch Fundamentals: A strong holistic understanding of the search lifecycle, including candidate generation, stakeholder management, and sophisticated offer negotiation.\n Functional Knowledge: Understanding of Information Technology recruitment, including familiarity with technologies and where different profiles fit in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nCommunication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.\nExecutive Presence: Proven experience successfully collaborating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.\n Language Mastery: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHealthcare industry experience is preferred, ideally with prior experience recruiting in digital healthcare, software consulting, or IT services sectors\nBachelor’s Degree is a plus.\nStrong project management skills are a plus.\nExperience in a startup
