We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. A lot of those ads feature real creators, and a lot of those creators walk through our doors.\nThe role\n We are producing 15+ ad shoots per day with new and returning creators, requiring significant coordination. Your role is to keep the creators moving and the office welcoming so our team can create great work.\nThis is a mixed role. Most of your time goes to two things: coordinating talent and keeping the studio and office running. The rest goes to casting and production support.\nWhat you’ll do\nOnsite talent coordination\nGreet creators on arrival and direct them to their shoot\n\nConfirm schedules in advance and manage same-day changes, including late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules and no-shows\n\nKeep the production and casting teams informed of creator status in real time\n\nEnsure every creator has a professional, well-organized experience at NewForm\n\nCasting support\nAssist our Casting Director with sourcing new creators on social platforms\n\nContact prospective creators, review self-tapes and help maintain the creator pipeline\n\nOffice and studio operations\nReceive and unpack grocery and supply deliveries\n\nStock the kitchen, fridge and cabinets\n\nKeep the office and studio clean and ready for the next shoot\n\nMonitor supply levels and restock before they run out\n\nProduction support\nAssist on shoots with setup, errands and general crew support\n\nGrowth\n This role can grow into more senior roles within our casting or production departments. You will work directly with both teams from the start, and strong performers can move into either.\nRequirements\n1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, production, hospitality, events, office operations or casting\n\nAbility to stay organized and composed when schedules change\n\nStrong initiative and attention to detail\n\nClear written and verbal communication, and reliable follow-up\n\nFamiliarity with creator culture (TikTok, Instagram, UGC)\n\nAbility to work onsite in NYC five days a week and lift up to 30 lbs\n\nPreferred\nExperience in casting, talent coordination or production\n\nCompensation and benefits\n$55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience.\n\nCompany-paid health, dental, and vision insurance\n\n300/mo commuter benefit\n\nAnnual team offsites (last two were Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)","description_format":"text","description_chars":2464,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Advertising","Marketing Analytics & Attribution"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-28T17:12:23Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":60,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.602,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["conf:1","stale_co","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-31T05:58:55Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":65000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/newform-casting-studio-coordinator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/newform-casting-studio-coordinator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-31T16:52:35Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":26349,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-01T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":678581},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=678581"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fnewform-casting-studio-coordinator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fnewform-casting-studio-coordinator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fnewform-casting-studio-coordinator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/newform-casting-studio-coordinator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fnewform-casting-studio-coordinator"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3409282}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"newform.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3409282},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
