You will perform both direct scripts and improvise concepts sent to you by the creative strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who can be both talent (on-camera) and producer, creating content that feels native, converts, and can be produced at scale.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCreate dozens of short-form video ads a day\n\nBe able to learn the ins and outs of repeatable creative formats (e.g., fake podcast, different types of skits, street interviews, etc)\n\nCollaborate with the creative strategy team to interpret results and ship iterations (new hooks, angles, openings, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails).\n\nMaintain a content pipeline: content calendar, shot lists, asset management, and versioning.\n\nStay current on platform trends, creator formats, audio, editing styles, and best practices-then translate them into winning assets.\n\nEnsure content aligns with brand voice, product claims, and compliance guidelines.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nMUST have hands-on experience with being on camera (ideally ads made for paid social)\n\nStrong communication and organizational skills\n\nA sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative\n\nAbility to manage creative production workflows\n\nBENEFITS\nThis is a part-time in-office position (NYC).
