We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.\nWe oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.\nTHE ROLE:\n As a user acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in managing paid social campaigns on Meta, Tiktok and Google across multiple clients. You’ll own campaign execution, testing, and optimization, working with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to drive client outcomes. You will strategically leverage our proprietary technology to unlock wins and scale media budgets efficiently\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn end-to-end media management: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.\n\nMonitor and improve key metrics: CPI/CAC, ROAS, payback, retention.\n\nDiagnose performance shifts (creative fatigue, audience changes, funnel changes, attribution issues) and take action quickly.\n\nMaintain account hygiene: naming conventions, UTM/parameter integrity, QA checks, and documentation.\n\nProactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n2-4 years of paid media experience (agency AND/OR consumer app experience highly preferred). Expertise in Meta required.\n\nExperience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets.\n\nStrong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in client meetings is a must\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\n(Preferred) A deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)\n\nBENEFITS\nThis is a remote international position; applicants are encouraged to apply from anywhere.
