You'd work alongside an engineering team, driving the pace and the client relationship.\nWhat You’d Own\nAs a Client Deployment Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:\n1-3 complex client deployments at a time - you set the direction, coordinate the team, and drive things to go-live.\n\nThe client relationship from day one - you lead calls, set the agenda, define timelines, and hold both sides accountable.\n\nTranslating between engineering and non-technical client stakeholders - you bridge that gap daily.\n\nBuilding out client workflows - configuring the product for their environment, coordinating feature builds with engineering, and validating everything works before it goes live.\n\nImposing structure on client teams that often don't have their own - setting expectations upfront so the deployment stays on track.\n\nShaping how deployments work at New Lantern - what you build here becomes the standard as we scale.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree, Master's degree, or MBA\n\nExperience in consulting, technical account management, project management, solutions engineering, implementation, or finance/ops - with a track record of managing complex client work-streams.\n\nStrong communication and client-facing skills.\n\nAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.\n\nA problem-solver with curiosity and a growth mindset.\n\nExperience with HL7, DICOM, or PACS - a plus, but not required.\n\nComfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions without a complete picture.\n\nThrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you're building the process, not following one.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nReal scope, early.
