This internship offers valuable exposure to the commercial real estate industry, allowing you to gain hands-on experience with projects that support live transactions, market research, and client service alongside brokers and analysts and finish the summer by presenting a capstone project to the team.\nProgram Details:\nLocation: San Francisco, CA; In Office 4 Days Per Week\nTerm: Summer 2027, 32 Hours Per Week\nTeams: Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance \nCapstone: Each intern completes a capstone project and presents it to the team at the end of the program.\n Key Responsibilities:\nAssist in market research, including data collection and analysis on Bay Area pricing, cap rate, and lending trends, and build sales and lease comp sets\nSupport preparation of client deliverables, proposals, and presentations, including marketing materials, financial summaries, and investor and lender outreach lists for active Investment Sales and financing assignments\nAssist analysts with Argus and Excel-based property cash flow analysis, loan sizing, and returns scenarios\nHelp maintain databases and CRM tools with property, investor, lender, and client information\nCollaborate with brokers, analysts, and marketing teams on active projects\nAttend internal meetings and industry events when appropriate\nProvide general administrative and project support as needed\nOwn a capstone project over the course of the summer and present your findings and recommendations to the team at the end of the program\n Qualifications:\nRising senior pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of Dec 2027 - Jun 2028\nStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational and communication skills\nDiscretion and professionalism in handling confidential client and deal information\nSelf-sufficient and resourceful: thinks problems through and tries to find answers independently before bringing questions to senior team members, ideally with a proposed solution\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial modeling); experience with CoStar or Argus is a plus\nEagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment\nWhat You’ll Gain:\nPractical experience in the commercial real estate industry across both Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance\nA capstone project to present to the team and speak to in future interviews\nExposure to brokerage operations and strategic market analysis\nProfessional development and mentorship opportunities\nSalary: $19.18 - $21.00 hourly\nThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $19.18 - $21.00 hourly The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
