At times, the Creative Director may direct the work of graphic designers.\nDesigns and produces marketing materials, including flyers, offering memoranda, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, maps, stacking plans, aerials, and websites, in accordance with corporate brand standards and templates.\nOwns the development of new business pitches and executive presentations.\nPartners with team leadership to develop distinctive ideas and approaches.\nMay create and produce a range of web products using HTML, JavaScript, and content management systems such as WordPress.\nOversees production of deliverables and marketing materials.\nManages multiple assignments simultaneously, including, but not limited to, camera-ready art, design and layout of materials, and bound presentations.\nDetermines the style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects, creating consistency across digital and print materials while tailoring the work to each client and assignment.\nRemains current in the graphic design industry, identifying new trends, techniques, and shortcuts.\nMonitors, manages, and executes a variety of tasks at different stages of discovery and execution; handles a large request queue; and delivers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n 8+ years of experience in graphic design, corporate branding, marketing, and strategic communications.\nRecent experience at an established design agency, marketing firm, branding consultancy, or sophisticated in-house creative team serving corporate clients.\nDemonstrated experience developing pitches, proposals, executive presentations, and other client-facing communications for sophisticated corporate audiences, with personal ownership of the design work.\nProficiency in Figma and other design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint) required; comfortable using AI tools.\nFamiliarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools such as ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud, Avenza MAPublisher, or comparable software preferred.\nArchitectural or industrial design experience preferred.\nAbility to illustrate strategic concepts through design that emphasizes key points while maintaining a clean aesthetic.\nAbility to work creatively and collaboratively as part of a team;
