This position will be an integral member of the team to manage the daily, routine, and emergency operation of the facility to ensure 100% uptime of all systems. Experience with Siemens and/or Honeywell building automation systems is a plus. Knowledge of frequency drives and 4-20 or 0-10 control a plus as well as the ability to install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain equipment\n Key Responsibilities:\nOn-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. A qualified candidate must have experience with troubleshooting and repairing common commercial building electrical equipment, reading technical training manuals and following procedures.\nQualifications:\nTwo-year degree or trade school certificate in electrical or instrumentation \nFive years minimum of industrial electrical experience in electrical install, calibrating, maintaining and repairing equipment. \nWorking knowledge of computers. \nRequired to be able to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams and specification manuals. \nMust be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces and lift heavy objects weighting up to 50 lbs. \nMust be a team player committed to working in a quality environment. \nWorking Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.\nNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.\nNewmark is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
