Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 5-15 years of experience working in a urban planning, construction, design, or project management consulting firm.\nProven ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple commercial real-estate projects simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documents and presentations.\nExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.\nProficiency in drafting project proposals, procurement documents, budgets, schedules, and progress billing recommendations.\nSolid technical knowledge of design and construction processes.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nExperience using project management software and platforms.\nKnowledge of BlueBeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and SketchUp would be beneficial.\nPrevious experience in owner representation and mentorship is considered an
