By transforming complex workforce data into meaningful business insights, you will support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce optimization initiatives that enable the business to achieve its objectives.\nThis role goes beyond reporting. You will connect data, people, and business strategy by partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver actionable workforce intelligence and tell the story behind the numbers.\nAs Part of Our Team, You Will\nAnalyze workforce, labor cost, and people-related data from multiple systems and sources.\nSupport workforce planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting and workforce demand planning.\nDevelop executive-ready presentations, dashboards and reports.\nPartner with People, Finance, Total Rewards and business leaders across America.\nMonitor headcount, labor costs, contractor workforce and People operating expense reporting.\nIdentify trends and provide data-driven insights for strategic workforce decisions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and data quality efforts.\nPrerequisites for Your Success in This Role\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Accounting or related field.\nExperience in workforce planning, people analytics, finance, business planning, budgeting or forecasting.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports and executive presentations.\nAbility to tell a compelling story with data.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, BPC and related systems.\nUnderstanding of workforce budgets, forecasts and labor costing.\nEnglish and Spanish communication skills.\nYour Work Environment\nRegional role supporting America workforce planning activities.\nWorks closely with People Business Partners, Finance (Business Planning, Payroll, Accounting), Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and business leaders.\nProvides insights that directly influence workforce investment and strategic business planning.\nQualified candidates can be located in any Newmont hub country, as this position offers location flexibility and does not require relocation.\nAt Newmont, our people are our strength and we’re committed to a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.
