This role ensures the efficient management of cash, bank accounts, payments, investments, treasury controls, and banking relationships while driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across a global operating environment.\nAs a part of our team, you will\nLead global cash positioning, forecasting, and funding activities.\nSupport working capital initiatives by executing the short-term cash forecasting process\nDrive opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of assigned treasury process through automation and process simplification\nLead the management and control of global bank accounts, authorized signers and KYC\nOversee and ensure compliance with global treasury policies and serve as Treasury function SOX Champion\nDrive banking strategy and structure, evaluate new products and services, and negotiate bank fees\nForm relationships with our banking partners and key business partners such as accounting, legal, IT, and tax\nLead, maintain, implement treasury management systems and tools\nRecommend foreign exchange strategies to reduce fx loss on transactions and cash\nExplain the purpose of the work of your team and how it adds value to the business.\nEncourage your team members to identify critical issues which will affect the work.\nListen when issues are raised.\nAllocate work to your team to contribute to achieving the team goals.\nReview how team members are performing with their work.\nRecognize and reward good work, including through feedback and coaching.\nWork with your manager to build and develop your team, including recruiting and removing team members.\nWork with your manager to help develop the people on your team.\nReview the decisions of managers on your team and course correct when needed.\nDesign roles for team members who work for the managers on your team.\nFoster a climate that is inclusive where team members feel safe to contribute and collaborate, receive feedback and coaching.\nPrerequisites for success in this role\nMBA or equivalent degree\nTreasury management system implementation and optimization experience\nERP solutions\nKnowledge of IFRS and/or U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP)\nCosting and budgeting concepts and techniques\nGlobal banking and banking regulations\nUnderstanding of capital markets\nKnowledge of Bloomberg\nKnowledge of banking systems\nYour work environment\nThis role operates within the Treasury organization where you'll lead critical treasury initiatives, partner with teams across the business, and drive meaningful impact through process improvement and innovation. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
