Brucejack offers the rare opportunity to build a career on the cutting edge of mining, delivering world-class results in an environment like no other.\n Your Impact\nAs an Engineer, Mine Projects, you will support the successful delivery of site projects at Brucejack, helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with the engineering and operations teams, you will provide technical support from project planning and design through field execution.\nAs Part of the Team, You Will\nSupport the development of project designs, plans, technical drawings, and documentation.\nGather technical information and requirements from multiple departments to support project planning and design.\nConduct regular site inspections to confirm work meets project specifications and safety standards.\nDocument field observations and communicate findings to senior engineers.\nSupport day-to-day project execution and monitor progress against schedules and project scope.\nIdentify and escalate project issues, risks, or delays.\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot field issues in collaboration with the engineering team.\nSupport safety assessments and the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.\nHelp ensure site activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and company requirements.\nContribute ideas and practical solutions to improve the safety and effectiveness of project delivery.\nPrerequisites for Your Success in This Role\nPost-secondary education in Engineering, such as Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPractical knowledge of engineering design, project planning, and project execution.\nUnderstanding of project management principles, site inspection practices, and safety standards.\nAbility to interpret technical information, identify issues, and support practical solutions.\nStrong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships.\nCommitment to safe work practices, including speaking up about hazards and stopping unsafe work.\nYour Work Environment\nThis site-based role is part of the Engineering team at Brucejack and works closely with Operations and other site departments. You will balance office-based engineering and project work with regular field inspections and hands-on support of projects across the site.\nRemote, camp-based setting at Brucejack Mine\n\n13 days on / 13 days off rotation (with travel days)\n\nRotating day/night shifts, including weekends\n\nUnderground mining environment requiring full PPE\n\nDrug & alcohol-free workplace (pre-employment testing required)\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive base salary PLUS a 15% short-term incentive bonus plan.\n\nExtended medical, dental, paramedical services, a health spending account, and more.\n\nDefined Contribution Pension Plan with company contributions of up to 9%.\n\n$1,000 annual Learning and Physical Wellness benefit.\n\nTravel allowance of $8400, on top of company-paid commercial or charter flights from airports across Canada.\n\nOpportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and career growth.\n\nA collaborative culture focused on safety, inclusion, and operational excellence.\n\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $94,100 - $125,400 / year + incentives and benefits.
