Monitor and solve integrated systems to maintain impactful levels.\nAs a part of our team, you will\nSupport the foundational technology platforms, workplace services, and support mechanisms required to deliver resilient, scalable, and efficient IT services, integrating OT and IT systems using advanced technologies. \nShape platform strategy and maintain platform products roadmap (including new functionality and enhancements), designing and implementing optimal operating models. \nEnsure that infrastructure and platforms functions are aligned to business needs and enable operational excellence and security.\nFocus on ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of products and platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.\nRun technical development and engineering of products and platforms, focusing on building robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. \nRun the process for assessing and solving platform issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nSchedule platform fixes and enhancements based on business impact and technical complexity.\nLiaise with development teams to ensure timely and effective improvements.\nAdminister user acceptance testing for fixes and enhancements.\nMonitor and solve integrated systems to maintain impactful levels.\nPrerequisites for your success in this role\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.\nExtensive knowledge of Information Technology across several different disciplines, providing understanding of complex, interconnected systems and technology. \nUnderstanding of platform engineering, self-service automation workflows, and agentic solutioning. \nExpertise in OT and IT systems, edge computing, AI, machine learning and advanced analytics \nDeep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.\nKnowledge of OT/IT integration best practices and the related security & risk management strategy.\nSkills in designing and activating platform solutions, organizing talent, and fostering a platform mindset.\nProficiency in platform management with familiarity in enterprise architecture and agentic solutions. \nAbility to validate results, investigate abnormalities, and ensure platform consistency and operational excellence.\nExpertise in infrastructure and service management. \nCompetency in cyber security principles, secure end user computing, and device management policy enforcement. \nCompetency in platform technologies. \nMastery of Microsoft Office productivity software. \nCompetency in the mining or natural resources industry is highly desirable.\nWorking Conditions\nYou will work within a global technology organization supporting critical operational environments. This role collaborates closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, maintenance, analytics, and site leadership teams. Travel to operational sites may be required to support network deployments, maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
