Your work will support cost efficiency, sustainability, and performance improvements across our global supply chain.\nAs Part of Our Team, You Will\nPrepare supplier information to guide choices, assess risks, and manage relationships.\nReconcile and report supplier performance on cost, quality, reliability, sustainability, and delivery speed.\nSupport process improvements, new tools, and systems to streamline workflows.\nAssist in auditing and data quality initiatives.\nCollaborate with colleagues across disciplines and global locations to achieve sourcing goals.\nPrerequisites for Your Success in This Role\nTechnical qualifications or degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration.\n2-4 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (shared services preferred).\nProficiency in ERP/SAP (Ariba experience highly desirable) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nKnowledge of P2P processes, supplier performance metrics, and regulatory compliance in US/global markets.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nYour Work Environment\nYou will be part of Newmont’s Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Corporate function.
