As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Our team values strong partnerships with local First Nations and is committed to operating in a safe, inclusive and environmentally responsible way.\n Your impact\nYou will drive the successful delivery of sustaining capital projects by ensuring strong coordination and project controls across field execution, schedule, cost, risk, contracts, and quality. Your work enables predictable execution, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across project teams.\nAs part of our team you will\nPrepare three-week and three-month look-aheads and review weekly plans, work packages, and designs.\nPrepare resource-loaded schedules and estimates, and monitor weekly cost and production trends against forecast to identify variances and support timely corrective action.\nPrepare scopes of work and RFP evaluation criteria for assigned contracts.\nCompile project reports and present schedule, productivity, cost, and resource metrics.\nCoordinate RFIs, field issues, crew lineups, and execution priorities with project and field teams.\nIdentify schedule, cost, and resource risks and coordinate corrective actions.\nCoordinate contractor onboarding and support contract, LEM, accrual, invoice, and procurement tracking.\nMaintain project records, action logs, decisions, and change documentation.\nCoordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and effective project delivery.\nMentor and support Project Coordinators in their day-to-day work and professional growth.\nPrerequisites for your success in this role\nExperience in project controls, construction coordination, or capital project delivery environments.\nStrong working knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.\nAbility to interpret scopes of work, contracts, design documents, and project change requirements.\nProficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nPost-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards in an operational or construction setting.\nYour work environment\nSite-based role supporting sustaining capital and TIA construction work at Red Chris.\nRegular collaboration with field supervision, Project Coordinators, Project Controls, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Safety, Environment, Quality, contractors, and operational teams.\nWork in a remote, operational environment with changing priorities and active construction interfaces.\nMay require field presence, travel, and extended hours during critical execution periods.\nThe expected salary range for this role is CA$105,800 to 141,100. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
