We do this by empowering our employees, encouraging innovative solutions and recognizing great performance.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Director Marketing Analytics is responsible for marketing campaign segmentation for predictive modeling, test-and-learn experimentation, and marketing analytics that inform acquisition, retention, and pipeline performance. This person brings a strong marketing background paired with hands-on data science depth, and partners closely with the Director, Marketing Analytics - Campaign Strategy to translate models and experiment results into campaign execution. This person will possess a unique blend of business ownership, marketing analytics, leadership, agility, and communication skills and will have a passion for data, metrics, and experimentation\nDESCRIPTION\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities\nPerforms data analytics to generate insights for enhancing marketing and volume. Will also create visualization of the insights and report through various tools like Tableau.\n\nActively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition and penetration.\n\nEvaluate and recommend data science tooling, platforms, and infrastructure to support scalable modeling and experimentation.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain predictive and machine learning models (propensity, attrition, response, attribution) that drive marketing acquisition, retention, and pipeline decisioning.\n\nOwn the marketing experimentation function: design, execute, and govern A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear go/no-go recommendations.\n\nPartner with the Director, Marketing Analytics - Campaign Strategy to operationalize model outputs and test results into campaign segmentation, contact strategy, and dialer execution.\n\nConstantly drive process excellence to ensure legal, regulatory compliance.\n\nDrive strategic initiative across organization for multiple business units.\n\nPerform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and tracking, performance monitoring and coaching, ensuring associate engagement, and other typical managerial duties.\n\nPerforms related duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.\n\n8+ years’ experience in related field.\n\n3+ years’ prior supervisory experience.\n\nDemonstrated experience building predictive/ML models and leading structured experimentation (A/B, multivariate) in a marketing context\n\nSkills, Abilities, and Knowledge\nAbility to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution.\n\nAbility and willingness to be a hands-on leader.\n\nResults-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness.\n\nProficiency with statistical and modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experimentation platforms.\n\nMust have budget management experience and financial analysis skills.\n\nExcellence in organization and planning.\n\nStrong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: Finance, Loan servicing, Sales, Operations, IT.\n\nAbility to collaborate with team members to achieve results\n\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nWorking on-site at assigned office location.\n\nRegular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.\n\nFlexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.\n\nWorking in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.\n\nSedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.\n\nConstant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.\n\nConstantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.\n\nAdditional Information\nWhile this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
