We do this by empowering our employees, encouraging innovative solutions and recognizing great performance.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Senior Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the organization’s compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by managing issues, overseeing regulatory and agency change initiatives, and validating action plan outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive sustainable compliance solutions.\nDESCRIPTION:\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities\nIssues Management:\nMonitor, track, and report on compliance-related issues across the organization.\n\nPartner with business units to ensure timely and effective remediation of identified issues.\n\nValidate corrective actions and sustainability through quality control and testing.\n\nMaintain documentation and audit trails for issue resolution and closure.\n\nRegulatory & Agency Change Management:\nAnalyze regulatory and agency updates to assess impact on business operations.\n\nCoordinate with Legal, Risk, and business units to implement required changes.\n\nMaintain a regulatory change log and ensure timely communication of changes to stakeholders.\n\nSupport the development and revision of policies, procedures, and training materials.\n\nAction Plan Validation:\nParticipate in cross-functional action plans to ensure compliance requirements are met.\n\nValidate action plan deliverables against regulatory expectations and internal standards.\n\nConduct post-implementation reviews to confirm sustainability and effectiveness.\n\nProvide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement\n\nAbility to effectively and accurately convey information to others.\n\nPerforms related duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.\n\nExperience with issue tracking systems and regulatory change management tools.\n\nExperience in financial services or mortgage servicing.\n\nSkills, Abilities, and Knowledge:\nStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CFPB, state agencies).\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies.\n\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels.\n\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nWorking on-site at assigned office location.\n\nRegular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.\n\nFlexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.\n\nWorking in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.\n\nSedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.\n\nConstant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.\n\nConstantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.\n\nAdditional Information\nWhile this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
