We do this by empowering our employees, encouraging innovative solutions and recognizing great performance.\nPrimary Function\nThe Supervisor Foreclosure will oversee a team of foreclosure specialists and administrators and ensure that the team is performing efficiently with respect to processes, procedures, timelines, and other metrics, and also be responsible for all aspects of training and personnel management for the team.\nPrincipal Duties\nSupervise a staff of 8+ Foreclosure Specialists and Document Verification Specialists to timely and accurately manage a pipeline of loans through the foreclosure process.\nDevelop and maintain up to date policies and procedures.\nIdentify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes, as necessary.\nMaintain a working knowledge of the Foreclosure process including investor, insurer, client, state, and jurisdictional requirements.\nTrack and manage ongoing deadlines and SLAs relative to foreclosure timelines and key department metrics.\nTrain of new hires on all systems of record, investor guidelines and industry standards.\nTrain of team on new processes as implemented.\nUse reporting to manage the team and makes changes to reporting, as necessary.\nAll aspects of personnel management including coaching and annual reviews.\nAct as the Foreclosure point of contact for other departments within the Company as well as attorney firms on escalated issues.\nTrack and analyze departmental data and report on the activities of the team.\nAccept special tasks as necessary and assume responsibility for successfully achieving objectives.\nMust be able to make business decisions based on likelihood of recovery versus liability risks.\nPerforms related duties as assigned by management.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.\n6+ years of foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience required.\n1-2 years of management experience preferred.\nKnowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements\nMust have strong analytical skills; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; strong communication; strong computer skills and strong research skills.\nMust be effective in multi-tasking and be goal oriented.\nMust be able to work on a team or independently with minimal supervision.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nWorking on-site at assigned office location.\nRegular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.\nFlexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.\nWorking in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.\nSedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.\nConstant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.\nConstantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.\nAdditional Information:\nWhile this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
