We do this by empowering our employees, encouraging innovative solutions and recognizing great performance.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Supervisor Funding will serve as the leader for all staff maintaining the Avenue 365 Funding portfolio, regardless of the location they operate from. This Supervisor will facilitate all daily funding functions through ongoing support of the processes, promote focus on customer service and teamwork, and provide support to team members through training, prioritization of workloads, continuous Quality Control (QC) of files and work, and coverage for all operational functions as needed.\nDESCRIPTION\nDirect and oversee staff to ensure production accuracy and compliance.\nProvide constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.\nFacilitate employee performance reviews & assessments.\nConduct interviews, oversee new hire onboarding & training.\nReview & decision all Funding Dept. PTO requests.\nField escalations and questions from the team across all Funding functions.\nFunding Operations\nDaily supervision of assigned Funding processes, adhering to client and/or regulatory deadlines and reporting requirements, as well as industry best practices. This includes, but is not limited to:\nPreparing files for funding.\nSetting up and/or releasing wires for disbursement.\nPrinting checks.\nMailing out payments.\nHandling daily deposit or remittance corrections.\n\nWork with vendors/attorneys/partners to facilitate the timely funding of loans.\nIdentify and resolve any funding discrepancies, shortages, or errors immediately.\nAssist with file balances and stale checks.\nQuality Control & Compliance\nReview exception reporting and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.\nMaintain compliance on wire and check policies.\nCustomer & Client Service\nProvide excellent and courteous customer service to buyers/borrowers, sellers, lenders, agents, vendors and other customers on every transaction.\nMaintain correspondence with clients and/or borrowers for corrections, voids, reissues, etc., as needed.\nAbility to effectively and accurately convey information to others.\nPerforms related duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.\n3+ years of title/mortgage funding or financial company experience required.\n1+ years of supervisory or office management experience preferred.\n1 + years of experience using ResWare preferred.\nSkills, Abilities, and Knowledge\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows based programs.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both internal and external customers.\nStrong attention to detail and organization and ability to work efficiently and accurately.\nAbility to prioritize workload and multitask.\nAbility to remain flexible with changes in schedule and workload.\nProven success in a fast-paced environment.\nWill need to work independently with minimal supervision.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nWorking on-site at assigned office location.\nRegular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.\nSedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.\nConstant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.\nConstantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.\nLight lifting and carrying (up to 20-25 lbs.). \nAdditional Information:\nWhile this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
