We do this by empowering our employees, encouraging innovative solutions and recognizing great performance.\nPrimary Function\nThe Supervisor Post Foreclosure will oversee a team of Post Foreclosure Specialists and administrators and ensure that the team is performing efficiently with respect to processes, procedures, timelines, and other metrics, and also be responsible for all aspects of training and personnel management for the team.\nPrincipal Duties:\nList of required duties below. Distinguish on-site duties with a *.\nSupervise the staff of Post Foreclosure Specialists and /or Administrators.\nDevelop and maintain up to date policies and procedures.\nIdentify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes, as necessary.\nTraining of new hires on all systems of record, investor guidelines and industry standards\nTraining of team on new processes as implemented.\nUse reporting to manage the team and makes changes to reporting as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines.\nAll aspects of personnel management including coaching and annual reviews\nAct as the Post Foreclosure point of contact for other departments within the Company as well as attorney firms on escalated issues.\nTrack and analyze departmental data and report on the activities of the team.\nAssist with attorney billing and invoice approval.\nAccept special tasks as necessary and assume responsibility for successfully achieving objectives.\nMust be able to make business decisions based on likelihood of recovery versus liability risks.\nPerforms related duties as assigned by management.\n*These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely. In addition, the Company has determined that an in-person presence is important to critical components of our work, including oversight, training, collaboration, and productivity. Items not marked (*) as essential on-site may still require partial on-site work to perform the role satisfactorily.\nEducation and Experience\nRequired education and experience.\nBachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.\n6+ years’ foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience required.\n1-2 years’ management experience preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nRequired knowledge, skills, and ability.\nMust have strong analytical skills; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; strong communication; strong computer skills and strong research skills.\nMust be effective in multi-tasking and be goal oriented.\nTitle and Real Estate experience a plus\nMust be able to work on a team or independently with minimal supervision.\nWhile this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
