Job Title: Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, Anthropic Professional Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and technical Senior Solutions Consultant to drive enterprise sales motions for NewRocket's Anthropic Professional Services practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, articulating the value of our Claude-based services to executive and technical stakeholders, and shaping engagements that ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Strategy

• Lead technical and strategic presales conversations, demonstrating how Claude can transform the client’s enterprise architecture and workflows.
• Partner closely with Account Executives (the opportunity quarterbacks) to enforce structured pipeline hygiene, ensuring rigorous deal qualification tracking and adherence to active opportunity management rules.
• Translate high-level business objectives into concrete AI use cases, navigating complex external software integrations and enterprise ecosystems.

Scoping & Solution Design

• Architect tailored professional services engagements across the full AI lifecycle.
• Construct precise presales scoping estimates by applying modular decomposition and standardized complexity parameters (e.g., t-shirt sizing) to break down complex solutions into measurable functional blocks.
• Draft detailed work breakdown structures and technical frameworks for statements of work (SOWs).

Anthropic Service Positioning & Pitching You will be directly responsible for understanding, scoping, and selling the comprehensive portfolio of Anthropic Professional Services offered by NewRocket.

• Dynamic Solution Mapping: Continuously learn and adapt to NewRocket’s evolving catalog of Anthropic capabilities, seamlessly mapping our specific implementation frameworks and service offerings to client challenges.
• Strategic Positioning: Act as the subject matter expert on how NewRocket delivers enterprise value through Claude, differentiating our approach in the market.
• Lifecycle Selling: Fluidly pitch a wide spectrum of engagements-ranging from strategic advisory and rapid enablement programs to complex, embedded build-and-sustainment delivery models-tailoring the message to the client's AI maturity.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, presales, or technical architecture, preferably within the enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or AI space.
• Certifications: Active Anthropic certifications are strongly preferred (or required within a designated timeframe), specifically CCAF, CCDF, and CCAF/P.
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts, large language models (specifically Claude), and how they integrate with broader enterprise data and automation platforms.
• Methodology: Strong background in enterprise architecture, precise scoping methodologies, and rigorous presales artifact generation.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and C-level executives.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of managing deal cycles, supporting pipeline velocity, and directly contributing to revenue growth through strategic presales activities.
