The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation and long-term business value realization.\nWe are #GoingBeyond Come join our crew!\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.\nPerform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness.\nCreate and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.\nPartner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption.\nDesign and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials.\nConduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments.Measure and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes.Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities post-implementation.\nCollaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred Qualifications\nExperience working with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules.\nCertification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.\nExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.\nServiceNow certification is a plus.\n\nWe Take Care of Our People \nNewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
