As the Senior Manager - Brand Product, you will drive the product strategy and delivery that elevates our digital storytelling. Your core purpose is to spearhead innovative initiatives that captivate audiences, unlock new revenue streams, and cement our brands as market leaders in the lifestyle space.
Responsibilities
Define and own the quarterly product vision, ensuring every initiative actively accelerates audience growth, user engagement, and revenue.
Lead product planning by crafting comprehensive briefs, user stories, and success metrics, while acting as the agile problem-solver to unblock friction.
Partner closely with editorial and commercial teams to elevate digital storytelling while seamlessly integrating powerful monetisation opportunities.
Work side-by-side with tech teams and designers to translate complex requirements into exceptional, high-quality user experiences.
Analyse audience behavior, core media metrics, and competitor trends to uncover, pitch, and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
Proactively brainstorm, test, and validate new product concepts, utilising post-launch performance KPIs for relentless, iterative optimisation.
Who are you?
You're a digital media expert. You bring proven digital product management experience, ideally in publishing or media, with a powerful track record of driving measurable audience and revenue growth.
You possess a deep understanding of user behavior and content consumption patterns, easily translating these insights into practical, engaging product solutions.
You effortlessly balance audience needs with business objectives, identifying smart ways to integrate commercial strategies without compromising the user experience.
You excel at bridging the gap between editorial, commercial, technical, and marketing teams, translating complex needs into actionable plans while keeping everyone aligned.
You have strong analytical skills, confidently interpreting complex data sets and market trends to build actionable, performance-backed product roadmaps.
You are a proactive innovator with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
