Our international remote-first team values autonomy, curiosity, accountability, and measurable impact.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and improve backend services, APIs, data workflows, and internal tools.\nTurn data, research, and analytical outputs into useful product functionality.\nContribute to solution architecture, data models, integrations, and technology choices.\nEvaluate available approaches and develop prototypes for new product capabilities.\nImprove the reliability, performance, and maintainability of new and existing solutions.\nCollaborate with data scientists, developers, engineers, product and UX colleagues, and external partners.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nSenior-level experience delivering software, data products, or other technical solutions in a production environment.\nStrong practical experience with Python, including backend development, APIs, and data processing.\nGood understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.\nExperience deploying and maintaining solutions in cloud or Linux environments.\nSound technical judgment, ownership, and the ability to take a solution from initial design to production.\nThe ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in English within an international remote team.\nExperience with machine learning, NLP, LLM integrations, frontend development, data visualization, or DevOps is an advantage, but not a requirement.\nEnvironment & Technologies\nOur core product development is primarily in Python, with SQL, REST APIs, AWS, and Linux as key parts of the environment. Our broader technology stack also includes TypeScript, Ruby, MySQL/Aurora, Sphinx (search engine), Redis, Docker, and BigQuery.\nYou do not need experience with every technology listed.
