architectures.\n\n— Advanced debugging skills and experience investigating production incidents.\n\n— Good understanding of system performance optimization and reliability engineering principles.\n\n— Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.\n\n— Solid understanding of logging, tracing, metrics, and alerting systems.\n\n— Ability to improve system reliability, reduce latency, and maintain operational stability.\n\n— Practical use of AI tools in daily development (e.g., AI-powered IDEs, code assistants, testing or refactoring tools).\n\n— Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.\n\n— High level of ownership with the ability to drive technical decisions independently.\n\n— English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.\nInfrastructure & Cloud:\n\n— Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.\n\n— Knowledge of infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization practices.\n\n— Experience operating and maintaining production environments.\n\n— Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and infrastructure automation tools.\nNice to Have:\n\n— Background in fast-paced startup environments and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.\n\n— Experience developing internal engineering tools and developer tooling.\n\n— Exposure to on-call rotations and production operations.\n\n— Experience with containerized environments and deployment pipelines.\n\n— Experience
