This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content production, to develop insights that enhance our audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical background and a passion for storytelling through data.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAnalyze large data sets from various sources (TV ratings, radio listenership, digital engagement metrics, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.\nWork closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand their data needs and translate those requirements into actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and processing. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to maintain and improve data infrastructure.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Utilize data to understand market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning.\nRespond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from various departments, providing timely and accurate insights to support business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI across the analytics workflow, from pipeline development and data cleaning to insight generation and visualization, and help establish practical, responsible practices for its use within the team.\nAdminister Tableau server environment: version upgrades; user provisioning; usability optimization.\nAdditional ad hoc data analysis.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned, including driving an automobile for company business.\nJob Schedule: This is a full-time position primarily working 40 hours per week. You may also be called upon at times to fill in other hours and days of the week to help cover vacations, illnesses, or special projects/events. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.\nWorking proficiency with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) and the ability to apply them effectively to analytical and technical tasks.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in work processes and deliverables.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work well with, direct and gain the cooperation of others.
