team.\nRequirements:\nHaving 3-5 years of experience defining, designing, and delivering backend or distributed systems.\nMentoring and supporting other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in setting up technical processes and leadership.\nWorking in an agile environment and enjoying being a self-starter.\nAble to develop backend using Java Spring Boot or Python.\nAble to understand the business and leverage tech to enable business, compliance, auditing, and regulatory
