So sorgst du dafür, dass gute Architekturarbeit bei NewTec projektübergreifend wiederholbar wird.\nDu stehst in direktem Austausch mit dem Requirements Engineering und der Softwareentwicklung, damit Anforderungen sauber in Architektur und Implementierung übersetzt werden.\nDu setzt deine Architekturtätigkeiten konform zu Safety- und Security-Normen um, sodass die Systeme unserer Kund:innen Zulassungen und Audits sicher bestehen.\nWas du mitbringen solltest:\nDu bringst ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, zum Beispiel in Informatik, Mathematik oder Elektrotechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und sprichst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau sowie Englisch auf B2-Niveau.\nDu hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in und mindestens 1 Jahr als Softwarearchitekt:in gesammelt. Dabei hast du mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum gearbeitet und kennst das V-Modell für die System- und Softwareentwicklung.\nDu verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in C, C++, Rust oder Python und setzt funktionale und Business-Anforderungen u. a. mit Enterprise Architect oder PlantUML sicher in Softwarelösungen um. Auch KI-Agenten mit Skills, Hooks und Multi-Agent-Workflows setzt du gezielt ein, um effizienter zu entwickeln.\nDu konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Normen zur funktionalen Sicherheit wie IEC 61508 oder ISA/IEC 62443 sammeln.
