You'll be the bridge between our customer teams and Engineering, making sure every request is clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn intake for all customer-specific requests to Engineering, including custom data integrations, configurations, and fixes.\nWork with Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product to scope requests and prioritize them against the roadmap.\nTrack timelines, risks, and dependencies, and keep customer teams and leadership updated on status.\nBuild a clear, repeatable process for how customer work gets requested, prioritized, and delivered.\nManage and streamline the RFP responses that need input from Engineering.\nSpot patterns in customer requests and turn them into product requirements, so we build once instead of over and over.\nYou might thrive in this role if you:\nHave 5+ years in technical program or project management, ideally bridging customer teams and Engineering.\nBring deep expertise in media, ad tech, and marketing measurement, including marketing data pipelines and integrations.\nCan manage many moving parts and keep technical and business stakeholders aligned.\nAre an AI enthusiast who's excited about using it to work smarter.\nAre passionate about solving customer pain points.\nWhat success looks like\nIn your first 90 days:\nYou understand Newton's platform and every open customer request in Engineering.\nEvery inbound customer request has a clear owner, priority, and timeline.\nYou've shared a plan to improve how customer work gets to Engineering.\nIn your first year:\nCustomer requests are delivered on time, and customer teams always know where things stand.\nYour intake and prioritization process is used across the Customer and Engineering teams.\nCustomers and internal partners see you as the person who gets things done.\nRecurring customer requests have become product features.\nAbout Newton Research\nNewton Research is a fast-growing software start-up founded by repeat entrepreneurs and well-funded by blue chip venture capital firms.
