exercises, contests, and assessments.\n\n- Help students develop strong algorithmic thinking and an ability to approach complex problems systematically.\n\n- Work with the academic and engineering teams to design practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.\n\n- Conduct technical sessions, workshops, coding contests, and problem-solving discussions.\n\n- Contribute to building a strong Competitive Programming and DSA culture within the institution.\n\n- Stay updated with advanced algorithms, competitive programming trends, and industry expectations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n- Strong expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms.\n\n- Strong programming skills in C++ / Java / Python.\n\n- Experience in Competitive Programming is highly preferred.\n\n- ICPC participation / World Finals / Regional participation will be a strong advantage.\n\n- Strong profiles from platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, AtCoder, LeetCode, etc. are preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of algorithms, complexity analysis, problem-solving paradigms, and core Computer Science.\n\n- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, competitive programming, or a closely related technical role.\n\n- Strong communication and passion for solving difficult problems and helping others become better problem solvers.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- ICPC Regional / World Finals participation.\n\n- Strong Codeforces / CodeChef / AtCoder rating.\n\n- Experience as a competitive programmer or conducting coding contests.\n\n- Experience working with engineering teams at product companies or
