systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead a team of 4–6 infrastructure engineers supporting container platforms and platform services.\nManage platform operations, incident response, problem management, change implementation, andd lifecycle activities.\nDeploy, configure, and support Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and enterprise COTS products including MongoDB, MSSQL, NGINX, Apache, IBM MQ, MQTT, Kafka.\nCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and integration teams to resolve platform issues and support new services.\nEnsure platform monitoring, logging, documentation, and operational runbooks are maintained.\nDrive platform upgrades, patching, OS hardening, capacity planning, and performance optimization.\nLead Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP), and operational readiness activities.\nPromote automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the platform environment.\nRequirements\n7-10 years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or middleware operations, including team leadership.\nStrong hands on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, Linux administration, and OS hardening.\nExperience managing enterprise COTS platforms including MongoDB, MSSQL, NGINX, Apache, IM MQ, and messaging technologies.\nGood understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, monitoring, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, eG Enterprise).\nExperience with CI/CD, automation (Ansible, scripting), and modern platform operations.\nStrong leadership, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication
