Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end software and system architecture across applications, middleware, data, networking, and security.\nAssess existing architectures and drive improvements in performance, scalability, resilience, and security.\nLead integration of complex subsystems, APIs, messaging platforms, sensors, and third-party solutions.\nAct as the senior technical escalation point and define high availability, redundancy, and failover strategies.\nProvide hands-on technical support during integration, testing, FAT/SAT, and production implementation.\nLead design and code reviews and establish software engineering and CI/CD standards.\nEmbed security-by-design principles and support hardening, VA/PT remediation, and security accreditation.\nSupport solutioning, technical proposals, architecture presentations, and effort estimation during pre-sales.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.\n8+ years of software/system engineering experience, including 3+ years in an architecture role.\nProven experience architecting and delivering complex systems end-to-end.\nStrong hands-on development and debugging experience with Java, C#/.NET, C++, Python, or similar technologies.\nStrong knowledge of APIs, messaging, system integration, Linux/Windows, containers/virtualization, and networking.\nGood understanding of high availability, performance, cybersecurity, and secure system architecture.\nExperience in government, defence, CII, or other mission-critical environments is highly advantageous.\nStrong
