You will manage the development team and oversee architecture, delivery, quality, security, and integration while ensuring compliance with government and industry standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the software engineering team across the full SDLC, from design through deployment and maintenance.\nDefine and enforce software engineering, coding, testing, configuration management, and documentation standards.\nProvide technical leadership across C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, and enterprise application environments.\nOversee application and system integration using REST APIs, IBM MQ, and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).\nCoordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, architects, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.\nLead technical and architecture reviews with customers, vendors, and government stakeholders.\nEnsure secure development and compliance with IM8, GovTech requirements, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 12207.\nManage development progress, risks, dependencies, and engineering deliverables against project milestones.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.\n8–12+ years of software development experience with proven technical/team leadership responsibilities.\nStrong understanding of C# and Microsoft SQL Server development environments.\nExperience managing enterprise software development teams and complex system integrations.\nGood understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps, software quality, and secure development practices.\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Singapore public sector / GovTech projects and IM8 is highly preferred.\nKnowledge of
