{"id":3281321,"url":"https://alion.io/job/newview-oklahoma-site-supervisor","title":"Site Supervisor","company":{"id":2521507,"name":"NewView Oklahoma","domain":"nvoklahoma.org","url":"https://alion.io/company/nvoklahoma","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"ADP","truth_index":null},"role":"Industrial Engineering","role_family":"Industrial Engineering","seniority":"senior","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Midwest City, United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":{"min":50000,"max":55000,"currency":"USD","period":"year","gross":null,"usd_annual":55000},"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":5,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-26T16:36:24Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-26","last_verified_at":"2026-10-30T11:51:00Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":3,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":3},"description":"Position Title:\nSite Supervisor\nReports To:\nDirector of Contract Operations\nDepartment/Location:\nReclamation, Distribution and IRS Mailroom Services - Utah\nStatus:\nRegular Full-Time\nNewView’s Mission: We empower individuals who are blind or have low vision, maximizing their opportunities for independence through all stages of life.\nNewView Values:\nCommitment to Empower\nDriven by Excellence\nCompassion is Key\nLeaders who Inspire\nPosition Summary:\nPosition responsible for providing leadership and direction to Utah reclamation, distribution, and IRS Mailroom staff by successfully managing all aspects of reclamation, distribution, and mailroom services provided to the Defense Logistics Agency, AECOM, and Service Source by NewView Oklahoma, including training, reclamation processes, repairs, scheduling, production, shipping/receiving and distribution, warehousing, inventory, quality control, and safety.\nEssential duties and responsibilities:\nOversee all aspects of the reclamation process according to established company and quality standards.\nPlan area staffing and production to achieve on-time delivery of products.\nManage inventory of supplies and materials.\nUtilize reports such as the production dashboard, time and attendance, and other applicable reports to plan, monitor, and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.\nEnsure the accuracy and quality of reclamation, distribution, and mailroom processes.\nProvide leadership, direction, and coaching to employees and staff to foster effective communication and teamwork.\nEnsure reclamation areas comply with all safety codes, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nEnsure operational consistency and continuous improvement by practicing ISO quality management system standards, with emphasis on training and development of standard job instructions for all areas.\nAssist in the development and implementation of plant policies, procedures, and processes.\nManage personnel administration, including hiring, training, performance reviews, career planning, corrective actions, and termination, in coordination and collaboration with the Human Resource Director.\nCollaborate effectively with management and employees across all areas of the organization.\nServe as a back-up for the IRS Mailroom.\nMust wear all protective equipment required by department.\nMust follow all company policies and procedures, including departmental safety policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications (Minimum education, experience, training, licensure, certification):\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in plant operations, warehouse distribution, or a combination of both.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office\nAbility to successful obtain a fully adjudicated Secret Security Clearance within 6 months of hire, Currently Cleared preferred. \nMust have a current, valid driver’s license.\nCore Competencies:\nOperational leadership; production planning and scheduling; inventory and quality control; safety and PPE compliance; ISO quality management systems; team leadership and coaching; personnel administration; process improvement; multi-stakeholder collaboration; problem-solving; and attention to detail.\nPhysical requirements of the job:\nMedium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.\nDuties are performed in a warehouse and production environment and require standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and the use of personal protective equipment; occasional travel between reclamation, distribution, and mailroom work areas may be required.\nPlease note: Under the AbilityOne Program, NewView Oklahoma gives hiring preference to individuals who are legally blind.
