3 - 7 years\n\nJob Location : Bangalore\n\nWork Mode : Work from Office, 5 days a week\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nPriority 1 : Candidate must have done Microsoft 365 Migration for multiple customers.\n\nPriority 2 : EMS Security roll out; he must have done it for multiple customers.\n\nDeployment Migration and Configuration :\n\n- Plan, deploy, and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.\n\n- Set up and manage Azure infrastructure services such as virtual machines, Azure AD, and storage solutions.\n\n- Migration of on-premises services to Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.\n\nMaintenance and Support :\n\n- Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for optimal performance and uptime.\n\n- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure services.\n\n- Implement security best practices and manage compliance requirements in cloud environments.\n\nClient Engagement :\n\n- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored cloud solutions.\n\n- Deliver training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to enhance clients understanding and usage of cloud services.\n\nContinuous Improvement :\n\n- Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Microsoft 365 and Azure.\n\n- Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.\n\nQualifications :\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Experience : Minimum 3 years in deploying and migrating Microsoft 365 or Azure environments.\n\n- In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.\n\n- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business).\n\n- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (virtual machines, Azure AD, storage solutions).\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.\n\n- Experience with scripting and automation tools, particularly PowerShell.\n\n- Knowledge of network security principles and
