You will develop and validate PCBAs, turn product intent into precise specifications, lead JDM execution, support products through production, and solve manufacturing and field problems at their root.\nYou will work hands-on from development and EVT through industrialization, production, and sustaining. Build and Sustain the Hardware\nDevelop, bring up, and validate functional PCBAs for current consoles and accessories through EVT, production, and sustaining.\nSupport design changes, component transitions, yield improvement, and field issues throughout the product lifecycle.\n2. Set the Engineering Standard\nTurn product intent into precise, testable requirements, interfaces, design margins, and acceptance criteria. Codify as design guidelines.\nHold every detail to an exacting standard for performance, reliability, safety, and compliance across global markets.\n3. Lead JDM Execution\nSet technical direction and guide partners through design, validation, industrialization, production, and sustaining.\nChallenge plans, designs, tests, and conclusions; validate key evidence and keep technical authority inside Nex.\n4.
