In this role, you'll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and deployments, and help ensure reliable, scalable, and secure production environments. You'll work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to improve deployment processes, release velocity, observability, and overall operational excellence.\nLocation: Mexico (Remote)\nThis position is open exclusively to candidates who are currently residing in Mexico. Candidates who are not currently based in Mexico will not be contacted for this opportunity.\nRequirements:\n 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.\nHands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and release processes.\nExperience with CI/CD and deployment platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness, or similar tools.\nStrong experience with Blue-Green, Canary, and other progressive deployment strategies.\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.\nHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE and related cloud services.\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\nExperience implementing monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response practices.\nStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and production operations.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, QA, Product, and other technical teams.\nStrong ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.\nNice to Have:\nExperience supporting large-scale, high-availability production environments.\nFamiliarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation.\nExperience with security, compliance, and cloud cost optimization initiatives.\nExperience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog.\nExposure to AI-assisted operations, platform engineering, or SRE practices.\nExperience improving platform scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.\nJob Duties:\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.\nImplement and optimize Blue-Green, Canary, and other progressive delivery strategies to enable safe and reliable releases.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code practices.\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Kubernetes.\nManage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services across GCP, with a focus on GKE and cloud-native environments.\nImplement monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response practices across production systems.\nCollaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to improve deployment reliability, release velocity, and operational efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes and reduce manual intervention.\nTroubleshoot complex deployment, infrastructure, and production issues and help drive them to resolution.\nContribute to platform scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.\nEstablish and promote DevOps, SRE, GitOps, and infrastructure automation best practices.\nContinuously evaluate and improve development, deployment, and operational processes.\nWhat you can expect from us\nHere at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
