The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise building end-to-end pipelines on Databricks and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.\nLocation: CANADA\nQualifications weare looking for:\n10+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.\nStrong expertise with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Workflows, SQL).\nExperience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.\nProficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and enterprise secretmanagement.\n\nSolid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud platforms, with afocus on Azure architecture, authentication, and identity concepts.\n\nProficiency in Python and/or Scala.\nExperience with data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed computing.\nJob duties:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks (SQL,Python, Spark).\n\nDevelop and manage CI/CD workflows using Azure Pipelines, integrating AzureKey Vault (KV) for secure secret and credential management.\n\nOptimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nImplement best practices for data quality, governance, and cloud security.\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define datarequirements.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across data workflows and distributed systems.\nSupport migration, modernization, or cloud data platform initiatives.\nWhat you can expect from us\nHere at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
