In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using Swift. You'll collaborate closely with backend and web engineering teams to ensure seamless API integrations and a consistent user experience while contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and application performance.\nLocation: Mexico (Remote)\nThis position is open exclusively to candidates who are currently residing in Mexico. Candidates who are not currently based in Mexico will not be contacted for this opportunity.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.\nStrong proficiency in Swift and nativeiOS development.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining production iOS applications.\nExperience integrating RESTful APIs into mobile applications.\nFamiliarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-based application environments.\nExperience collaborating with backend teams using Java and web teams using React.\nStrong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and stability.\nExperience troubleshooting and resolving application performance and stability issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nFamiliarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain nativeiOS applications using Swift.\nBuild scalable and maintainable mobile features following iOS development best practices.\nIntegrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to ensure reliable data flow between mobile applications and backend services.\nWork closely with React web and Java backend teams to ensure consistent functionality and user experiences across platforms.\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application performance, stability, and production issues.\nContribute to improving application quality, maintainability, and overall engineering standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate progress, blockers, and technical tradeoffs.\nSupport the App Store release process and contribute to continuous improvements in mobile development and deployment workflows.\nContribute to CI/CD practices and automated testing where applicable.\nWhat you can expect from us\nHere at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
