collaborative, and innovative environment at the crossroads of R&D, manufacturing, simulation, and industrial testing.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nAs an Extrusion Process Engineer, you will be recognized as a technical expert in cable manufacturing processes and will contribute directly to the performance of our industrial sites worldwide.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nAnalyze production data and provide process optimization recommendations.\nPerform numerical simulations of extrusion line components.\nSupport manufacturing sites in solving complex industrial challenges, including:Increasing line speed\nReducing quality defects\nSolving ovality issues\nReducing material self-heating\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives\n\nParticipate in industrial trials to validate proposed technical solutions.\nDevelop innovative process solutions using rheology, modeling, and simulation concepts.\nAct as the technical interface between manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams.\nCollaborate closely with R&D, Purchasing, Industrial teams, and suppliers.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.\nPromote knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of team expertise.\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nEducation\nEngineering degree in one of the following fields:\nMaterials Engineering\nPolymer Science / Plastics Engineering\nProcess Engineering\nNumerical Simulation\nA PhD or specialization in Rheology or Materials Science would be considered a strong advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of polymer materials and rheological behavior.\nExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Catia, or equivalent tools.\nExpertise in numerical simulation and finite element analysis.\nStrong data analysis capabilities.\nInterest in correlating simulation results with real industrial performance.\nProfessional level of English for international collaboration.\nPersonal Attributes\nYou are recognized for
