As a true hands-on HR partner, you will play a key role in personnel administration, recruitment and employee development, the application of Belgian social legislation, training management, and internal communication initiatives.\nYour Responsibilities\nYou manage the full employee administration process from A to Z, including the preparation and renewal of employment contracts, contract amendments, filing and maintenance of personnel records, and the management of employee onboarding and offboarding.\nYou ensure accurate follow-up of absences, leave requests, and other personnel-related administrative processes.\nYou guarantee the accuracy and continuous updating of HR data.\nYou work closely with the external payroll provider (SD Worx) and are responsible for preparing payroll data in accordance with established deadlines.\nYou manage and monitor the time and attendance system (Protime) and support managers in its correct application.\nYou coordinate the recruitment process for blue-collar employees, as well as the onboarding and offboarding processes for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.\nYou act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR matters.\nYou provide guidance on social legislation, internal policies, and HR procedures.\nYou build strong relationships with employees and management and contribute to maintaining a constructive social climate.\nYou prepare and participate in meetings of the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT).\nYou coordinate the organization and follow-up of training programs and talent development initiatives.\nYou manage occupational health files and monitor long-term absences in cooperation with external partners.\nYou support initiatives aimed at promoting employee well-being, engagement, and retention.\nYou maintain a visible presence on the shop floor and foster close relationships with operational teams.\nYou stay up to date with developments in Belgian labour and social legislation and ensure their correct application within the organization.\nYou participate in a variety of HR projects, including training plans, mobility plans, collective labour agreements (CLAs), HR reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYou actively contribute to internal communication through publications, event organization, and follow-up of communication actions.\nYour Profile\nYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.\nYou have 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.\nYou possess a solid understanding of Belgian labour and social legislation.\nYou demonstrate strong analytical skills and proactively contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.\nYou are able to work independently, are organized, and have a solution-oriented mindset.\nExperience with Protime and/or SD Worx is considered a strong asset.\nYou are a native Dutch speaker with a good command of French and English.\nYou are able to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion, demonstrate resilience, and perform effectively under pressure.\nWhat We Offer\nA full-time permanent employment contract.\nA competitive gross annual salary ranging from €58,000 to €62,000, depending
