# Maintenance Supervisor

GETTING TO KNOW THE POSITION As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible to coordinate the preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, surrounding land, and the building, as well as supervise the maintenance department in order to efficiently execute the developed plans. HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team, fostering a positive, accountable, high-performance culture aligned with Nexans Excellence Way and continuous-improvement practices. Maximize equipment reliability and plant performance through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, rapid emergency response, and ongoing improvements to maintenance methods and plans. Ensure safe, efficient workforce execution by managing staffing, attendance, leave, labour utilization, training needs, and performance expectations. Protect operational assets and product quality through regular inspections of equipment, facilities and grounds, proactively addressing risks affecting safety, reliability, quality and efficiency.
